These terms cover the Distracted Quest website and the Distracted Quest Postiz app, a private, self-hosted tool used to manage and publish content to Distracted Quest's own social media accounts.
Use of the app
The app is for the private use of Distracted Quest only. Public sign-up is disabled, and no one else is permitted to use it.
Third-party platforms
The app connects to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. All content published through the app must follow each platform's rules.
Content
Distracted Quest owns or has the rights to the content it publishes. Videos, photos, and text on Distracted Quest channels may not be reused without permission.
No warranty
The website and app are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Distracted Quest is not liable for any damages arising from their use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
